Diamond Lobe Piercing
Yes. All our models are perfectly suited for earlobe piercings — whether it’s a first lobe piercing or secondary placements (upper lobe, transverse lobe, etc.). Their comfortable design and refined finishes make them ideal for everyday wear, day and night.
Depending on your preferences, you can wear:
- Threaded labret studs (perfect for sleeping)
- Butterfly back diamond earrings (a timeless classic)
- Hinged hoop earrings (for a more fluid, elegant look)
Each product page clearly indicates if the piece is compatible with lobe piercings.
Recommended sizes depend on your anatomy and the healing stage:
- 5 mm: for thin earlobes or fully healed piercings
- 6.5 mm: standard size, suitable for most ear types
- 8 mm: ideal for new piercings (swelling) or thicker lobes
All our stud earrings are available in these lengths for a perfect fit.

Yes. Our threaded post piercings are perfectly suited for first-time wear thanks to:
• 18k hypoallergenic, nickel-free gold
• a secure threaded post with a 1.2 mm diameter (industry standard)
• a flat back that prevents friction and irritation
The lobe is the least painful area of the ear to pierce. This is because it contains no cartilage (unlike the upper lobe, usually from the 3rd or 4th piercing onward). The piercing process is quick, and healing is generally easy and fast.
