Pink Sapphire Piercing Collection
Pink sapphire is the newest gemstone to join MADAJ, alongside our diamond, sapphire, ruby and emerald collections. It offers a softer alternative to the deep red of ruby and the blue of sapphire. The collection covers every placement we craft, from the lobe and upper cartilage to the nose, septum and belly button. Each piece can be worn on its own or combined with other MADAJ piercings in an ear or face composition.
Pink Sapphire Piercing Models
The range includes solitaire studs, motif designs and hoops for the ear, as well as daith rings, rook curved barbells, septum rings and standard or floating navel piercings. Studs close with an internally threaded flat back, lobe earrings with a butterfly back, and hoops with a hinged clasp. If you are building an ear stack, the pink sapphire helix and pink sapphire daith collections are two good places to start.
Why Choose a Pink Sapphire?
Pink sapphire belongs to the corundum family, the same mineral as ruby and blue sapphire. Rated 9 on the Mohs hardness scale, second only to diamond, it is well suited to jewelry worn every day. Its color works with all three golds: rose gold for a tonal look, yellow gold for warmth, white gold for contrast.
The Crafting of Our Pink Sapphire Piercings
Every pink sapphire piercing is made to order in our workshops. Our in-house artisans combine modern technology with traditional jewelry techniques to set each stone in solid 18k gold. Before setting, our gemologists select AAA-grade natural pink sapphires, ethically sourced, for their color and brilliance. You choose the gold color, the motif size and the post length or hoop diameter. Each piece is nickel-free and stamped 750.
