Returns: If your piece isn’t quite right, return it unworn, unaltered and in its original packaging within 30 days for a refund to your original payment method. Refunds are processed within 7-10 days.

Avoid using ultrasonic cleaners, as they are not recommended for jewelry cleaning depending on the stones.
Steam cleaning is an effective method, but exercise caution with emeralds or opals, as high heat can potentially damage these stones.
