This 18k gold septum piercing, called Reina, comes in your choice of yellow, white, or rose gold. This piercing features a clicker clasp engineered for a secure, long-term hold. This piercing's elegant design is enhanced by natural sapphires and diamonds, of marquise and round shapes and AAA and G - VS quality. A model designed for septum wear only.
